If you are looking for a one on one option then this is for you. With this option I (Kane) become your personal fitness guide!


PROPER PREPARATION

I start with getting your goals and comfort level so that I can put together a proper plan.

After that we start working. We may start slow but eventually you will graduate to tougher sessions.

Monday – Thursday our classes start at 6am. On Friday our classes start at 8am. We then take a break from 12pm to 3pm and the last class is at 6pm everyday. Classes are every hour on the hour. $50 per month gets you unlimited classes & training. No contract, no membership!
